Thanks to a consolidated experience in working side-by-side with local agents abroad, the office offers to both clients and Colleagues consultancy and assistance services in the fields of:

-            national designs and models (in Italy and abroad)

-            Community designs (RCD)

-            International designs

The activity concerns all of the main phases of a design's 'life' and namely:

1.      Before filing

-            preliminary opinions on counterfeiting (active or passive)

-            planning of strategies to create and handle efficient and rational design portfolios, taking in due consideration the goal of balancing costs and real benefits

2.      Filing

3.      After filing

-            creation of renewal reminders

-            handling of renewals

-            reorganization of already existent design portfolios

-            updating of designs' data (change of name/address/ownership)
