Either directly or thanks to trusted colleagues, the office offers legal consultancy and assistance linked to industrial and intellectual property in the different phases of:

1.      Extra- and pre- Court

-            opinions on validity of patents, designs and trademarks

-            opinions on possible counterfeiting of patents, designs and trademarks

-            preparation of non-disclosure agreements pre and post- filing

-            contracts (total and/or partial changes of ownerships and assignments, franchising, licensing)

-            handling of co-existence, co-operation and/or partnership agreements

2.      In Court

-            assistance to plaintif/defendant in (in)validity actions

-            assistance to plaintif/defendant in counterfeiting actions

-            assistance to plaintif/defendant in unfair competition actions

3.      Enforcement

-            assistance in the enforcement of judicial decisions

-            recovery of sums due as damages / legal expenses

-            contacts with Customs and Boards authorities, aiming at preventing possible counterfeiting
