The activity concerns all of the main phases of a trademark's 'life' and namely:

1.      Before filing

-            individuation of client's field of activity, taking in due consideration possible implementations

-            trademarks searches in national Registers (in Italy and abroad), customizable to include verifications of models, domain names, company names and/or protected geographical indications

-            preliminary opinions on registrability

-            planning of strategies to create and handle efficient and rational TM portfolios, taking in due consideration the goal of balancing costs and real benefits

-            entry of TMs in our internal registers, to ease the maintenance

-            creation of renewal notes

-            surveillance services against subsequent filing of similar TMs
